Maureen is a great cook. I feel so guilty because she mostly only makes labor intensive dishes. She tells me she would be making them for herself and Don even if I wasn’t there. Everything she does is so good. She follows recipes, but has the wisdom of years of experience and a great touch with ingredients and implements.
