It was a good weekend for the better part. Don was able to enjoy a meal outside and the presence of several friends at dinner.

I took a selfie with Don for Edie. She stayed home with babysitting duties this weekend.
About a month on the Fast Metabolism Diet and I am down around 25 pounds here.
