Wyndham Presentation, Wisconsin Dells – 3/30/2015
March 30, 2015 (Monday)
Today we got up early and went to a 9:00 AM timeshare presentation. It was supposed to be a RCI Update, but turned out to be a Wyndham presentation. Our salesperson, Jordan, was so nice and sweet. She and her school friend and work friend, Courtney, were great and very knowledgeable. We had some questions and they were able to get us answers (not the answers we wanted, but answers to our questions about resale Wyndham points). Anyway, they knew we weren’t going to buy, that we liked Wyndham resorts, that we recently purchased a small resale Wyndham account, and that we had questions – and they still were kind and answered all our questions. We left with some food vouchers to a local steak house, some funny money to be used in the Wilderness Lodge, and some water park wrist bands. One of the most informative and relaxed presentations ever.
When we left (around 11:00 AM), we headed to a downtown Wisconsin Dells Starbucks. We got the nice lounge chairs and started working on the computers. Michael got us each a white chocolate mocha and a sandwich. We worked for several hours there. While we were sitting there working, we got to talking to a young lady and her two young daughters. They told us what we should see in Milwaukee and Madison. They suggested the Art Museum in Milwaukee, and a pizza place in Madison, as well as a Frank Lloyd Wright building in Madison.
We left Starbucks and went to Walmart to do a little shopping. We picked up some beans for dinner, and a few other things. After that we went back to our home, made dinner, watched television, and went to bed. Pepper called to say she was coming for a visit on Wednesday. So glad she’s up to it and we’ll get to see her again.
That was our day. Hope yours was great!
