It thundered, lightning, and rained all night but by morning it was clear and nice. Beautiful day.

Lazy morning. Went into town (about a mile away) and went to the Dollar General Store, then over to the mall to the grocery store. Was surprised at how reasonable the prices were for being so far from “civilization.” Nice store.

Got back “home” and unloaded groceries and tried to do some laundry but I broke the dial. Had to call maintenance and they were here within thirty minutes. Still waiting for the fix so I can finish my laundry. Love having a washer and dryer in our home.

Michael and I took a walk around the resort. It is very beautiful. Some of the units are like little log cabins. We both felt we were back in camp and looking for the chow hall. We went to the Rec Room and checked out the pool, hot tub, and workout room. We even did a little workout.

We kept wanting to look for the Mess, felt like a camp.

When we got back to our home, we had leftover pizza for linner. That was our day. Hope yours was wonderful!
